Help with pixels
#41
Hi Jack,

If there are no lights on the controller, remove the SD card, disconnect any pixels and check the power connections to the controller.

Note that the LEDs on the ethernet port of the controller may not light up if connected directly to a computer (rather than via a ethernet switch) that does not support auto-crossover detection. Some network cards do, others do not. If the ethernet ports don't light when connected to a computer directly, then connect via an ethernet switch/router.

Power light should illuminate/flash on the controller regardless of the ethernet connection. If the power light is not illuminating and the power supply is OK, then yes return the controller to us.

Craig.
