Not here, but am sure if you get onto the guys at Syncro Lights they will exchange if they are faulty, i have never had an issue with their customer service.

Hi Rick, I don't have a problem with syncrolight as they have said they will swap them no problem, just trying to find out if it is a problem with a bad batch of the blue lights, regards Bill.
