What IP Address have you got your computer set to ?

Looking at the top of you command prompt screen shot it looks like ipconfig is saying your computers IPV4 Address is set to 192.168.168.130 which is the same as the default address on the Ethernet controller. Try setting your computers address to a different address such as 192.168.168.100 and then ping 192.168.168.130

The document shows the preset address of the Controller.

Your pc needs a different ip address. Like all networks each device on the network needs a unique address. Set your computer address to 192.168.168.100 ;so the same network range (I.E. First 3 numbers the same as the controller, 192.168.168.x) but a different 4th number, such as 100.
Subnet is the same 255.255.255.0
Default gateway is irrelevant here, but set the same to 192.168.168.1
