Any documentation or videos anywhere on how to program and use controllers in standby mode with no connection to software? Device Sequence Manager?

Yes, you use the Device Sequence Manager to create and download your own sequences to the controller.

Yes, you use the Device Sequence Manager to create and download your own sequences to the controller.

And there is a user manual for the Device Sequence manager with in the help section of the show designer
