visulisation

hi 
i am getting a message when i try to open visualisation that says " failed to load visulisation. Reason end of stream encountered before parsing was completed"
so i select ok and it just closes the window, how do i get this to rectify so that it goes back to saying create new or use existing visualisation, can someone give me a clue please.

Have you tried setting the name of the visualisation to load in the 'visualisation file' option in the file menu ?
