SPI Controller - Alan - 18-05-2018 Hi all just got a Signal Amplifier and manual shows a SPI Controller bit lost ? RE: SPI Controller - Craig - 18-05-2018 SPI refers to the clock and data signal for the addressable strip or pixels. The Signal amplifier splits a signal 8 ways so you can have 8 strips running identically from a controller. The Signal amplifier needs to be connected to a pixel controller such as the syncrolight sd card or Ethernet pixel controller. (Or a DMX controller if you are using DMX). The signal amplifier is just a splitter for pixels and addressable led strip it is not an actual controller. Craig RE: SPI Controller - Alan - 18-05-2018 Thanks Craig for your quick reply that’s a lot clearer ? RE: SPI Controller - Craig - 18-05-2018 If the splitter is not what you expected, feel free to return it for a refund or exchange. Craig |
