so my show selector arrived today, connected it up and all seems to work fine, apart from when i try and open up device manager so that i can change the device number as i already have a controller set as device 1, im getting the error as show in the attached, can any one help? selector works fine just cant change the device id.

just to update on this, I have still not been able to change the device id on the show selector so I have just changed the one that I already had as id 1 and then changed it in all my shows, works so im happy,

What version of the software are you using? I have tried with the latest release and it sets the id ok.

Sorry missed your reply. I'm not sure. I will take a look when next on. Have got round it for now by leaving the show selector as Id1 and changing my first control board to 6 and changing it on all shows.
