I'm having trouble getting my homemade star to accept sweep events.
I have included the mapping to show the layout.
Everything is configured correctly so I'm confused (as usual).

If I purchase the ready to go sequence Ghostbusters. Is this what I get or has this show got some additions? Is it just the talking faces element and the rest has been added?

hello guys,
I'm hoping someone can help. 
I have made a 15 foot long display item from pixels and am having trouble mapping it for the wiring.
there are 90 pixels running along the top at a 2inch spacing and 30 drops of 7 pixels at 1.5inch spacing (300 pixels).
It is all wired in series with the drops wired 1,3,5,7,6,4,2 and then across the top pixels to the next drop
Because it is so wide it is difficult to use the mapping tool accurately as the webcam has to be so far away to get the whole thing in view!
Also I am limited on space to set it up inside which adds to the difficulty.
I am using an ETH-08 and a SL-8000 controller. Am I right in thinking that it can be mapped somehow in excell?
any feedback would be much appreciated.

hi guys,
I want to add some rear projection to my shows for this year and I'm having trouble getting it to work.
I have connected the projector to my laptop via HDMI and it starts to play the clip and then freezes.
How do I get the projector to function from the SL8000 controller?
Why is it freezing?

I have set the event play time to match the length of the clip. is that Right?
any and all answers would be appreciated

so im going to be expanding my pixels for next year and im currently trying to work out how to add i pixel star, i have done the tree no bother, the star i have made is 50 outer ring 30 next ring and 20 inner ring if that makes sense, how do i create a visulisation of it so when designing shows if i group together the star and tree they will look right.

Hi Everyone, i have run into an issue with my ethernet pixel controller looking for some advice.

everything was working fine until I upgraded my internet router.
the controller was set to a static ip address and was working fine before the upgrade.
it was plugged into a 24 port switch.
after the router was upgraded the controller stopped working.
after lots of investigation i have removed the controller from my main network, its now just the PC and ethernet controller connected to a simple switch.
two connections no router, no DHCP just two devices that were on fixed IP addresses.
both devices and switch have flashing port lights

i cant ping the ip address
i cant see the device in the syncrolight device manager
i cant reset the ip address using the device manager.
its the only ethernet controller and i cant believe that i would have changed the mac address but its possible

question is - can the card be reset back to default in any way ?

Having the showplayer and a dc08 controller , my questions are as follows:

1. How many light strings can I connect to each channel?

2. How far is max length extension recommended?

3. Any ideas on how to extend my led strips

I bought a showplayer , dc08 and Sl-4000 pixel controller , apparently it's not the best match .

Now my question is, If I throw the Sl-4000 in the bin , what pixel controller do I need to run pixel with the showplayer and dc08?

I hope I can get some help in here, a bit down about it and feel a bit lost here

In show player it just connecting, then no such host is known. Also can't get in to the app
