Seriously losing the love for doing a Christa's light show. I'm now having issues with the show selector again. Had issues to start with where I couldn't change the I'd number. Got round that. Now after having changed a few of the shows. Tried to down load show names to selector and it just errors and doesn't load. Starts to go though then when it gets to about number 7 it errors and the network drops out. Tried on 2 different laptops and still the same. At this rate I will end up with one candle out side my house at Christmas.

Hi, i have just bought a 3 channel relay to add to my display.
i tested my existing setup and all is working.
When i add the new controller to the network, i lose all the controllers. when i unplug the relay card, the others come back??
i have connected the relay card on its own but the device manager does not find it.
Also, i thought that when not connected to network, it should run a standalone sequence but it doesn't?
Have i got a faulty card??

Has anyone ever tried to sequence this with syncrolight, would love to get this. It seems a difficult thing to do with the speed alone.

For the last few years I've just been using LEDs with the 8 channel DC controllers, this year I'm looking to add to my display a bit and try some new things.

Looking at the Metors, just wondered if these are programmable or if the snowfall effect is fixed, and also can these be controlled by the DC controllers?

Also another quick question - If I were to get an SL-4000 controller, obviously this is an ethernet connection to the PC, I assume this would work as well as the DC controllers via USB at the same time in the software?

i am getting a message when i try to open visualisation that says " failed to load visulisation. Reason end of stream encountered before parsing was completed"
so i select ok and it just closes the window, how do i get this to rectify so that it goes back to saying create new or use existing visualisation, can someone give me a clue please.

started to have a play with my pixel controller, but where do I find the led sequence editor, the only link I can find on the web site doesn't work.

so my show selector arrived today, connected it up and all seems to work fine, apart from when i try and open up device manager so that i can change the device number as i already have a controller set as device 1, im getting the error as show in the attached, can any one help? selector works fine just cant change the device id.
