hi,

when i add a pixel tree and then try to add an effect and preview it i keep getting the message as in the picture attached ? then the program completely shuts down, i have updated to the new version of software?

any help anyone?

There have been a few updates recently, what version are you using ? Is it the latest version V3.00.04 ?

yes i downloaded and am using the new version

uninstall everything and make sure all old files are gone

restart pc

now reinstall

Also Craig, have you any ideas for the app? cannot get it to show settings menu. thanks
