if not then check your ip address settings again? they might of reverted back to before you changed them.

yes connect the controller directly to the laptop by a ethernet cable.

Nope, I think the lights fell off. Nothing you suggest is working…

Yes, that’s what I am hoping to do, I still have the guarantee, and and I’m thinking of getting a better pixel controller like the SL-2000, and hopefully it is a bit better in handling Ethernet connections!! ?
I appreciate your support, even though we couldn’t get it to work, I will send it back to Craig, see if it’s the controller and hopefully he can fix the LEDs, if it is just the controller, I will just buy the SL2000.
